VPRO "Quants, The Alchemists of Wallstreet"
Info
Description
When the VPRO, a dutch public broadcaster, was in process of filming a documentary about the current world economy (economic crisis) for a show called "Tegenlicht" (Backlight), director Marije Meerman headed to Onesize and gave us the creative freedom to "spice up" her documentary about Quants. We provided her a set of abstract animations that could help understand how a Quant thinks and how they work. The abstractness of the direction was deliberatly kept abstract and not explanatory, because only few people really understand the way Quants work and think.
