SBS - THY CUP RUNNETH OVER
ON-AIR CAMPAIGN
For this job SBS asked TACTIC to create an on-air campaign promoting their programing throughout the World Cup. We came up with the tag line - thy cup runneth over - referring to both the World Cup and the abundance of new programing available. SBS wanted something different, something reflecting their unique on-air "personality", so we decided, rather than following a usual computer based approach, we would make everything for real, out of real physical objects. This seemed like a great approach, but with just over a week given from concept to delivery, there were times I was definitely regretting it!
We had just one take for each set, and the possibility of it all going horribly wrong was at times, huge! In the end it all came together really well, and our client was very happy with the delivered result!
