This was a project I took on to learn the beginning of my move towards a more motion graphics career choice. This project was a true challenge and I loved the result. I still got some work on camera angles and lighting but I think I got real flow down and look forward to seeing what else I can render in it. Cinema 4d is becoming increasingly easier to use even though I still feel like I'm scratching the surface of what I can accomplish in the vast playground it offers.
This is also an attempt to ready myself and my portfolio for a masters program. I have recently become very aware of the lack of jobs that someone with no "Professional Experience" and a "mere Bachelors degree" is fighting for. I feel like the only way to get a leg up on the competition is to keep pursuing a Graphic Design position while also beefing up my skill sets. I look forward to learning from the masters.
Finally, I am looking at different schools. But if anyone has any suggestions of schools I should look at (or better yet, potential jobs) please let me know. Any help is welcome.
