Description
A surreal animated music video based on the destruction of the Mumbai slums, in the largest slum area called Dharavi.

Primarily my main influence for this piece of work was Salvador Dhalis painting “The temptation of St Anthony.” I was inspired by his bizarre and famous idea of the stilted white horse and the parade of stilted elephants, which I transported into my concept to create a contemporary interpretation of stilted holy cows parading through the slums of Dharavi, fishing the slum duellers to be re-housed into high rise flats.
