The creators allude the message of “I can do it” through a girl who was in the wheelchair, but she did not give up but tried her dream to come true in a fantasy animation.

Characters:
A girl : Her only wish is flying to the sky. She lost her legs while attempting to fly.
Sniper bulldog : A very friendly dog of the girl. He wants to fly with the girl
Hawk                      : The aspiration of the girl. He inspires her wish to fly again
Flying turtle            : The Homage to Hayao Miyazaki, Laputa: Castle in the sky.
                                   He protects her from her fear

Synopsis:
When the aviation history has just begun as the balloons were developed, a girl who lived in the cabin on Flying Turtle has a dream that she would fly free like a bird. She lost both her legs while attempting to fly, but she still aspires to fly. Her best friends, Sniper Bulldog and Hawk wish to fly with her as well. Her desire to fly becomes stronger with her friends’ wishes.

One day she noticed many balloons floating above her filling up the sky.
Flying Turtle tried to avoid hitting the balloons and the girl was in danger. She prepared the last attempt to fly. The wheelchair was not the obstacle, but the motivation for her to fly again!
