    A look into the future
    in the year 2030, 40 percent of all new employees will have a migration background.
    However there will be a lack of 5.2 million employees.
    This equates to a wealth damage of 3.8 trillion euro.

    In 2050 the amount of 60-year-old will be twice as much as new born children.
    The amount of 100-year-old will reach 100.000.
    Employees would have to pay 77 percent more for their health
    insurance, compared to the year 2000.

    In 2045 India will displace china as the most populous country of the world,
    about 7 billion people in 60 countries will suffer from water shortage.
    In contrast, the global demand for meat will increase by 200%.

    Who knows what the future might look like
    needs to act right here and right now.
