About how my Grandpa came to the Netherlands while serving the KNIL army in the Moluccas.
The language is Dutch mixed with some easy words in the moluccan language.

I had 5 weeks time to make this.. It took me 3 weeks to think about the concept/storyboarding/storytelling etc... 2 weeks of illustrating and animating. Little sleep, lot's of stress was the main image those days and finally:
I finished this movie 5 hours before the presentation haha :D It became a very personal project and I am very proud of it!

    The title says: 'here' in the Moluccan Language. This movie shows what the reasons were, why and how my 
    Moluccan grandfather ended up here in the Netherlands. DISINI is a very personal story for me, most of you
    guys can't read it because of the Dutch language, but I hope you can enjoy this movie too.
     
    5 weeks to make this movie, where 3,5 weeks were spent on concepting/storytelling/scenario/storyboarding etc.
    The other 1,5 weeks were spent on illustrating and animating. Lot's of sleepless nights and stress were the effect
    of this movie, but I must say.. I am so proud with the final result!
