John of Because Magazine (because-mag.com) asked me to do a video for his upcoming Mag. BECAUSE magazine is an independent online magazine based in france with the aim to feature new artists and creatives.
In each issue BECAUSE shares the work of emerging artists, graphic designers, illustrators and photographers who made an exclusive work in response to a specific theme for the magazine. This theme was about the Rael movement.
The topic was hard to tackle because it was about a sect that I really dislike. Thats why I went a little bit off brief and did something that would also work in general. So in the end people who don't know that this video was made for the rael mag could interpret and feel the video in their own way. Life is a gift, if from above by weird creatures called Elohim or simply the love of our parents. Its our chance to grow with it and enjoy it even if we might sometimes think life is a bitch. But its limited (symbolized by the away fading leaves) at the same time so we have to make it as beautiful as possible.
